Getting engaged marks a significant and exciting milestone, filled with excitement and promise. While many couples eagerly dive into wedding planning, it's equally important to prepare for the marriage itself. Given today's divorce rates, premarital planning is essential for ensuring a healthy and successful relationship long after the honeymoon. This involves important conversations that, while sometimes difficult, are crucial for long-term happiness.

Conversations About:

Premarital coaching offers a proactive way to strengthen your relationship as you prepare for marriage. Instead of waiting for serious issues to surface, I encourage couples to harness the positive momentum of this joyful time to deepen their connection. Research indicates that couples who participate in premarital coaching experience greater relationship satisfaction and resilience when facing future stressors. Furthermore, addressing these topics when things are going well can be a more positive experience.
